Well, not sick, exactly, but recovering from surgery. I had oral surgery almost three weeks ago and while the doctor says I'm allowed to try physical exercise again, I'm not allowed to do things that make me hurt... and almost all the workouts still make me hurt! They warned me it would be a slow recovery. This isn't a surprise. But I'm tired of not being able to do even low-level physical activity for more than five minutes at a time.
I'm sure a lot of you have had to ease back into working out after an injury, and this is similar. Any advice - on strategies, morale, anything useful?
