I did have a (rather odd) non-scale victory today: I noticed that I no longer bang my elbows against the wall when showering.

It’s not that I am wide, but rather that I kept my arms far away from my body.

With all the upper-body workouts, I have been subconsciously keeping my arms at my side.

Also, it is weird when you lose back fat, as you can feel your vertebrae when working out 🤔

Random thoughts, I know ...
