Missing workouts...Undoing what I’ve built up

We’re in the final stages of getting our house ready to put on the market, packing, moving, unpacking, etc. My life and routine have been totally out of wack! Last week I didn’t work out at all and the 3 weeks before that my workouts were very sporadic, if at all. I’m SUPER frustrated and feel like I’m gonna lose what I’ve worked hard to achieve...mostly a good routine, but also some weight loss and a little more strength. I’m planning on getting back to it as soon as things settle back down, but it’s starting to get to me. Can the benefits of a year of consistent workouts be undone from missing a month or so?? What do you do when LIFE gets in the way of your workouts?
