Lost and late Periods

Hi Everyone!

Firstly I would like to thank Fitnessblender for taking me on a healthier path.

To start with, I have been having regular cycles of 26 days for many years now, and my exercise level has remained low. 2 months back I bought the fitness blender FB Fit 2 challenge and I did all of it religiously and even did some yoga and stretches on rest days.

I ate healthier, and gave up on soft drinks and maybe had wine and beer once. I also ate VERY less saturated fats. But I didn't starve myself, just ate healthier. I lost around 2 kgs in 2 months, which I thought was a healthy weight loss. Maybe even a bit slow.

But now I am 2 weeks late on my periods and honestly, I am not sure what I should do. I have been trying to eat more, but nothing seems to work. It would be great to hear what you have to say about this. Should I change my nutrition? I am in a healthy BMI right now and am in my early 20s so I really don't understand what is happening.
