Macros

Hey guys

Ive just started counting macros just out of interest and i pretty much hit 40 carb 40 fat 20 protein. I kind of want to experiment here and actually hit 50 carb 30 fat and 20 protein or even 55 / 25 / 20 to see what happens to my body composition. It will be an interesting experiment to say the least.

I'd love to hear from fellow Fitness blenders who count or have changed up macros and what benefits if any you have found :)
