We're having a great week and enjoying this program so much. From pushing ourselves hard and lifting like we mean it, we've definitely challenged ourselves and seen so much progress already.
Today we decided to pick the pilates workout of Day 18 and focused on core strength and stability. We enjoyed this and our sore muscles thanked us for it. Tomorrow we have a signature FBΒ 1000 Calorie Workout to do for Day 19! πͺπΎπͺπΎ Bring it on, we're pumped and excited for the big challenge. Our bodies are much stronger and we are appreciating the progress! Feeling and keeping positive.
