Remember the feeling you're feeling when you're looking at the 'WORKOUT COMPLETE' screen

Just yesterday evening, I was working at my home desk. Lunch is at 1.30 pm usually, so around 5ish is when I get really hungry. I pulled up a pack of chips instead of a banana/apple and after having a few I immediately regretted that decision. Started feeling so weird in my tummy that I almost decided to skip my 6 pm workout sesh.

That's when I heard Kelli's words in my mind when she says "Remember this feeling that you're feeling after the workout and on days when you're feeling low on motivation, remind yourself of it."

Convinced my mind to go through with my tough CORE session from FB Strong Program, but came out victorious feeling like a changed person.

To summarise my experience, fruit is a better snack than deep fried chips lol. And a workout is the best remedy to most situations when you're feeling low or unwell for unknown reasons.

And an FB workout with this amazing couple is the most motivating thing to do.
