Sweat 🥵

Did the first day of week #3.

I have been sick the last 2 days with gastrointestinal issues, so I was tempted to reschedule this workout. I probably should have done that, but now I feel accomplished! 💪

I didn’t burn as many calories as I could have, as I did low-impact modifications. However, I still got in a great workout!

I even did the extra credit!

Yep, my lungs were feeling it 😬

So glad it’s over 🤣
