Hey guys! How are you all doing?!
So lately, I’ve been wondering if all the strength training I’m doing, trying to lift as heavy as possible, is affecting my growth. I’m still a teenager and I’ve read on the internet that by the age of 14, I should have reached my adult height, I’m 5’0 and was wondering if the strength training has stunted my height and if I should start lifting lightly? Any insight is highly appreciated!
