Today I thought, what the heck, I feel like running. So 5k later I check my calendar to see that on today's schedule is a BRUTAL HIIT workout.
Happy to say I killed it but doing a 5k before hand was like a 1000 cal workout.
Feeling amazing and ready to take on the day.
