Mindset and Muscles

When I started working out last year it was because I didn’t like things about my body. Now I workout because I love my body and want to treat it right. Once I changed my mindset I found it was easier for me to be consistent. I also took this mindset to the way I eat, trying to feed my body mostly whole plant-based food. I feel in the best shape ever both body and mind. Doing FB Booty round 2 for the 3rd time and I can really start to see definition in my legs and booty. I do core and upper body workouts on my off days and those muscle seem happy too. So if I can just encourage anyone to keep it up and do it because you love your body, not because you hate it!
