Hey, Fitness Blender community! I've loved Fitness Blender ever since I discovered it two years ago, and now after taking a break, I'm back in the swing of things =). I've been bored a lot recently and instead of wanting to eat I've been wanting to work out, but I know that you need breaks at times. How much working out is too much? I've been working out every day for about 5 days now (not very intensely) and I want to work out again today. Too much?
