Last night I suffered from a lot of chronic pain flares and fatigue so I only did the shorter routine. Maybe today I'll do the long routine but I'm not too sure.

EDIT: Hi everyone so I have noticed the shorter routine on day 7 is quite unpopular for relaxation so I have changed it to this workout instead: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/light-toning-and-stretching-routine-for-flexibility . This has also been updated on the week schedule post however if you were still a fan of the original routine feel free to include it. I hope this hasn't caused any issues! 😀👍🏻
