Weekly goals july 13th - july 19th

I'm a day late but it is still the 13 in a few places in the world :)

I did not post yesterday because I was busy enjoying my day with my son, priorities :)

Last week I made these goals:

Doing Lea's Blue Ribbon Challenge with maximum effort: I was sore for about 3 days last week, so I'd say I did that :)

I wanted to make an effort to get in more steps. Sunday was a funny day, I got in very little steps, but biked about 27 km in total, so I decided that was fine. I did not make a lot of extra effort.. I am just not feeling at the moment..

Stretch my left hipflexor more; I did it more, but not daily. I think I did 3 or 4 days of stretching.

I did work more with the mealplan. I really like some of the meals in there.

This week my main focus will be the mealplan. Combining good food and working out is really helping, I am already starting to notice a difference. I also feel that I do better when I pick just one goal for a week, more makes me tend to forget half of them. The eating part needs to become a habit, so that will be my goal for the next 3 weeks (did you know it takes 21 days to form a habit...). After that I can change my goal.
