Hi FB family! So far I have completed FB low impact and am half way through FB fit2 and I am loving the way I am feeling and I am definitely seeing changes in my body- most of which I love. I can not seem to get rid of my love handles though! Belly weight is looking good, besides my mommy pooch, and booty looking better than ever. So, I know Kelli and Daniel would say, “you cannot spot lose weight” but it seems the first place I lose weight is not the first place I gain weight. I tend to lose weight quickly in my boobs (so sad) and belly but the love handles just stick around. Any advice for programs or additional exercises I can add onto a workout?
