We posted a highlight for an intense core workout earlier today, but you’ll notice that we didn’t talk about fat loss, burning belly fat, or getting six-pack abs.
Core work is so important, for so many reasons (not least of which is improving functional fitness!), but losing belly fat is not one of them.
So, if intense core routines are not the path to reducing that belly, what is the answer?
