Brutal HIIT Workout- Bodyweight only HIIT Workout to burn fat and build endurance

Just finished Daniel’s brutal HIIT workout. Holy crap, that was tough. I really didn’t want to workout today, but I knew I would feel even worse if I let myself slide. This workout is mostly a mental game because you have to keep reminding yourself to push through. I usually don’t do such long HIIT workouts, but occasionally I’ll throw in a true killer. I feel so great now after seeing “workout complete“. The hardest part was when Daniel forgot the star jumps, and then added more at the end. Star jumps ARE SO HARD and my least favorite exercise of all time!
