Why am I hungrier when I've upped my protein?

So, I've been working out regularly for all of Covid and it's been awesome! I feel stronger and much fitter. Also during that time I've transitioned from a omnivore diet to a pescatarian diet. In the beginning I was just focusing on staying within a calorie deficit and making sure I felt satiated, (1400-1700). The past couple of weeks I've been focusing on upping my protein intake from about 65-75g to a little over 100g. I am so much hungrier now that I upped my protein then when it was at 65g! I thought that protein was supposed to make us stated for longer.

Does anyone have any insight on this? Any suggestions?

I will say that with my protein upping I saw a 4lbs drop in one week where I was doing a steady 1lbs drop a week before.
