What motivates you to work out and eat well?
Honestly, whatever gets you going is good, but there are some motivators that just work much better over time.
In case you haven’t heard it from us before, we encourage you to switch your motivation from reaching a particular weight, getting a six pack, or a great butt, to aiming for better overall health instead.
