Struggling with back rolls

Hello, beautiful people!

I have been working out with Fitness Blender for 7 years now, but I started doing programs this year, since Spain went in lockdown due to coronavirus. I have done so far Strong, Low Impact, and now I'm finishing FB 30.

My main goal is to lose weight. I was thinking about doing Strong again, but I heard very good opinions on Fit and Booty. Also, I'm struggling so much with back rolls - I have lost weight since I started doing these programs this year, but this specific area is really hard for me to lose.

I know we can't focus on losing fat in one area only, but which program should I do to attack the back rolls mostly?
