FBfit R2

This morning I started week 5 of fit r2. Today’s lower body workout was a hot sweaty mess. Lovely combo of strength hiit and Pilates that definitely wore me out. The EC was only a 5 minute lower body routine, but I struggled through it. The main video had already turned my legs to jelly.

I’ve been on quite a few walks this week and none have been easy going, but have been fun all the same. We walked up 1 particular mountain trail 3 times in the last week.

I’ve been really good food wise and have eaten some lovely nutritious meals.

All in all it’s been a nice active few days, and I’ve been left feeling energetic and excited to get this week of Fit 2 done. Fingers crossed I keep feeling this motivated 🤞🏻 😬
