Blue Ribbon Challenge Complete!

Final day of the Blue Ribbon Challenge complete ✔yaaay! Loved the stretching routine to finish it off, I needed this as I had a few sore muscles.

Thank you Lea for organising this, I really enjoyed it & I did workouts I've never done before, which have now been added to my favourites.

I even got a NSV..I managed to do side hip raises & side plank tucks with stacked feet, which I've never managed before, it only lasted for 1/2 the intervals before I had to drop to knees but still...

My victory picture...obviously I didn't workout in the hat & scarf but these were all I could find that were blue 💙
