First 5/5 after a short break

After a couple of weeks of taking it easy - some light cardio and yoga - I did my first 5/5 workout and man was it a tough one!

Although I found it hard, I managed all the intervals without pausing, something I could only have dreamt of when I started working out!

The gif is a representation of me when there was another round of 'double burpees' thrown in ;D

Now normally, in non voice over videos, Kelli or Daniel apologise for putting extra intervals in by accident. Not this time, no explanation whatsoever, just 'another round of double burpees'!
