Suggestions for Pregnancy

Hi all!!

I’m completely new to pregnancy and have searched all the forums for pregnancy (thank you to everyone who has posted and commented in the past). I worked out everyday prior to pregnancy where my rest days were active recovery or stretching. I’m very much used to working out. However, since I became pregnant I’m so exhausted that I can’t workout but I can’t sleep or stay asleep through the night. I feel like it’s because I haven’t been working out like I’m used to. I’ve been doing the FB+ beginner challenge and it’s been boring to me and doesn’t help with all my pent up energy? So my question is how did you deal with your exhaustion and workouts? Did you have trouble sleeping? How did you adjust to a new routine?
