Struggling with Food Motivation

I'm really struggling with my weight at the moment and could really use some help.

I exercise 6 days a week (and have done for several years) following Fitness Blender videos and other forms of exercise and managed to lose 2 stone combining this and eating healthily. i managed to maintain my weight for 1.5 years but now i've started to put it back on. I know that it is fat as my stomach has started to increase in size again (a problem area). I struggle with food so much now, and found it really easy in the beginning. I'm constantly eating things I shouldn't especially chocolate and when I have all this stuff, I'm not even hungry, I just feel like I need to have it even though I don't.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice that could help me stop eating the things I shouldn't and get the motivation back to eating healthily (the way I used to) and to help me lose the fat I need to lose?
