Feeling good!

I’m fasting lunch today but I’m trying to wean my son so I was trying to come up with a healthy lunch idea. I made him riced cauliflower w/ sautéd cherry tomatoes, and a lil cheddar cheese. He liked it!

Cooking that made me decide to just go ahead and make three or four meals so I’d be prepared for different situations where I often end up eating fast food or other random junk in my house (my husband is a lover of Cheetos and the like)

I boiled four eggs for some future salads!

I made an avocado veggie quiche and I made some pasta salad (made out of red lentil noodles) with cherry tomatoes and bell pepper.

My eggs are also from some family members chickens!

So I feel pretty good right now.

What amazes me is i must be pretty motivated because I did this all while fasting!

I also put my sons crib together today because my husband hasn’t had the time (summers are crazy for him) and I feel sooo good about it.

So yay!

Disclaimer - I have not worked out yet! Lol. I like to do that after I break my fast. I did go on a 30 min walk this morning though!
