Blue Ribbon Challenge Day 3: Workout Complete!

Day 3- Complete! I am still sore from the previous two days, so the HITT portion was a bit slow going for me. I tried the extra credit but ended up not completing it- for no good reason either. I just didn't feel like doing it. Some days are like that! I hope everyone has a great day, or evening, or what ever time of day it is for you (morning for me here in California).
