Glasses and workouts

I usually wear contact lenses but a couple of weeks ago got a random subconjunctival hemorrhage so I'm avoiding wearing them till it's healed.

How do people deal with glasses and workouts as they're driving me insane?!

I've tried taking them off for the high intensity stuff but I find that not been able to focus on anything and moving quickly makes me feel really dizzy and rotten, but keeping them on is pretty impossible. They're not as bad for the less intense/strength workouts but are still irritating.

Any advice?
