For the ladies only

So. I'm on day 2 of my period and am about to crash for the night (its 6pm here).... I did my workout this morning but I'm anticipating feeling the same fatigue tomorrow.

I know what I do is 100% up to me, but I am curious how you all handle workouts when your period drains your battery. Stretch? Power through? Rest day?

Because I'm just getting back into the swing of working out, I would rather not miss a day already. I'm thinking about finding a pilates video and doing extra stretching. Tomorrow should be upper body and cardio for me, but I can push that out a day.
