FB Fit R2: Week 3 Complete!

I cant believe I've managed to complete three weeks' worth of this program already! I'm loving it and its definitely keeping me sane during this pandemic.

I've noticed I've gained a little weight (trying not to worry though as I'm still a healthy weight), which I know is due to eating a bit too much and not focusing on what I'm eating - stress, boredom, and working from home are all contributing to this!

So I'm not going to worry about it, just keep aware of what I'm eating for the next couple of weeks, and I should be fine! It might be a good time to try some of the FB recipes I've bookmarked 😂
