Eversince covid19 struck the earth, almost all country doing lock down. And I am stuck in Singapore while my family are in Malaysia.

Now I am doing my FB workouts alone in my room, cant hear voice of my wife to push me to do more and dont have extra weight (my kids) to carry.

Hoping all of this will end very soon. The pics are my kids while i'm doing lunges... :(
