So far so good week 1 of fbfit r2 done! I skipped the PFT though. Feeling happy to see all those #workoutcomplete ticks!
Also bought the meal plan. Will not follow exactly, just to get more idea about plant based revipes.
Tomorrow going away for the weekend to Italy to eat a lot of pizza, see food spaghetti and real buffalo mozzarella. It's going to be a hell of a cheat week! 😋
