Beginner Here!

Hi there, My name is Dee, and I am a beginner - I weigh 112 kgs as of today and have not worked out properly for sometime. I try to walk everyday on my treadmill, as we are still in temp lockdown. I also like working out here.

I have knee issues, prediabetic and on a thyroid pill, and never having been a physically active person, I tend to give up soon... what is a good way to plan beginning workouts? How do I start taking control? Anyone here like me?
