Going Dry

Hi FB fam,

A while back I posted that I was attempting to drink less alcohol. You guys gave me some great mocktail ideas which I've tried and love. On top of that, you guys gave me the courage to cutback.

I have made the decision to stop drinking completely. I have realized that alcohol does not add value to my life, the opposite in fact, especially since I am really trying to dial in the nutrition and exercise.

Have any of you out there taken this step?

If so, what has your experience been like?

How are social settings and holidays without the drinks? Will I miss out? I look forward, as always, to your wisdom. Thanks!
