Hello FB Family!
I don't know if a similar topic has been posted before, so I'm posting this question which has been bothering me for a while now. In several posts FB talks about the recommended length of a workout session (30-40 minutes/day). Does this mean it's 40 mins/day WITH the warm up & cool down included or WITHOUT?
Now, I know it varies for each individual, but I'd just like to have it clarified. I have a fairly busy schedule and I'd like to know whether it's sufficient to have a 30-40 min routine for maintenance.
