Taking It Down a Notch

You don’t need to go all out every time you exercise. However, getting some movement, even if it’s just a nice stretching routine, can really help.

Learning to listen to your body so that you safely push yourself during your workouts, and knowing when it might be best to take it down a notch is a bit of an art form.

However, with a bit of practice (and some trial and error), you can certainly learn to understand and respect your body's signals.
