Startin' Week 3 of Sweat and guess what? Definitely drenched in sweat! Day 15 would be hard enough even if it wasn't over 30 outside. šŸ„µ

However, Iā€™m happy 'cause Iā€™m starting to keep up with the intensity of these workouts. šŸ˜Ž

This one, in particular, is hard enough to push you out of your comfort zone, but doesn't feel like you're going to pass out. So, it should be doable for most people.

Also, 3 reps of the same exercise are perfect for me. It's not enough to make me bored, but it's enough to help me be aware of my form. That way I can really feel the burn.šŸ˜
