I'm excited to almost be done my second program. I have definitely noticed my core getting stronger - almost back to how it was before a stressful career had caused me to gain weight (and I was extremely active and healthy). Sometimes, the best thing to do is leave those negative things behind. We don't realize how much impact the little things have, or the way we are feeling emotionally. I have to say I'm happier now that I'm at a peace of mind and have finally started losing that troublesome stress weight.
