My childhood PT would be so proud of me

During the birddogs (which I did with ankle weights and a weight in my hand), I thought of my physical therapist from when I was young. I had PT twice a week from age 10 till about 12, then once a week till about 13 and regular check ups till I was done growing. All because of short achilles tendons. Anyway, I had to do exercises every evening and I hated it with a passion reserved for teens. Some of the exercises I had to do were bird dogs, cat to cows and of course a lot of toe touches and calf stretches.

I also just to be quite skinny untill I stopped growing length wise and stopped doing my daily exercises.

My PT would be so proud of me now, doing my workouts and stretches. And I want to do them now.. oh past me, if you had only known...
