PFT baseline - Fit 2

Starting FIT 2 today, so did a PFT. Baseline as follows:

1km run: 5:32 minutes

Push ups (half): 18

Squats (5kg, goblet squats): 150

Static plank (elbows): 2:40 minutes

Sit & reach: -14.5cm

So clearly upper body and flexibility could improve, but goals are toning / weight loss (based on measurements rather than scales).

Here I go . . .
