Taking One Week off

Hello fellow Blenders! Hope everyone is doing well. Healthy and happy.

I’m getting ready to take one solid week off from FB and strength training. Last few weeks, my right elbow, right shoulder/rotator cuff and right foot have been pretty painful during and after workouts. Right arm hurts just pressing the “on” button for the remote control. Yikes.

Seeking anyone who has had to step off for a bit due to similar situation? Know I need to let my body heal, just don’t want to lose my progress (I’ve lost almost 8 pounds since April, yet added a very toned body. Strength training 4 days a week, walks every day, sometimes twice- I am 51, so this is quite an accomplishment considering).

Open to feedback. It’s really scary to let go, but intuition telling me my body really needs to rest.
