A few exercising questions:

So, I have a few exercising questions:

1. I can't hold myself up on one hand. So for example, I think they are called side raises, they KILL me, I can't support myself on one hand, I have to stop every few seconds, and I'm not rlly gaining much strength in that area. Does anyone have a recommendation as to what I should do to help support myself?

2. I rush through the exercises, and find myself going way ahead the video. Should I try to slow down, or is fast ok? (Note: I am not working with a swinging motion)

3. I'm sure this question will make you laugh, but it seriously is a problem for me. When I do downward dogs for example, the blood rushes to my head so quick that I end up in a coughing sneezing heap in seconds! (you know that burning nose feeling when blood rushes to your head? Yup - that's it.) Is there something I can do to avoid that?
