It's like Medicine

Hello everyone,

today I've got my period and I felt really dizzy and sluggish. In short I just wanted to take an Ibuprofen and stay in bed. In spite of that I've convinced myself to a light and easy workout. I was really suprised how much better I was feeling during and after the workout. Needless to say I don't need an Ibuprofen anymore. Thank you FitnessBlender, your workouts are like medicine :)
