“The Blue Ribbon Community Challenge”..... here goes!

As I just felt like getting together another community challenge, the word “blue” came up in my head....?!?! I did a similar thing for our Nudgeblender group... theme Blue: all workouts will have Daniel and/or Kelli wearing something BLUE.

Why the name “Blue Ribbon”? Well, the blue ribbon is “an honor or award gained for excellence”! As we are all excellent, we might as well get a Blue Ribbon at the end of the challenge.

I am thinking we could start this Monday 6th July, but as with every community challenge: feel free to start when it suits you! And of course: feel free to choose other workouts (mind you: “blue” is the word) if the scheduled workout is not to your liking. And Extra Credit means Extra, i.e. if you don’t want to do it, that’s fine. Also: feel free to reschedule if you have something else on or just want a rest day in between! Knowing myself, I will most likely reschedule.... And certainly do remember: challenge yourselves safely, adapt where necessary. FUN is the main objective as far as I am concerned. We are having fun working out TOGETHER!

At the end of the challenge: post a “#Blue Ribbon Community Challenge complete” with a photo of you in a blue outfit, which does not have to be workout gear; a prom dress would do fine as well or pjs for that matter!!!
