Having extreme soreness and pain trying to do workouts 😞

So I’ve been still doing my workouts before work due to long hours and I will give myself a rest day if I’m feeling too tired or not enough energy but for the past like month or so now even before I start my workout no matter how short or long I have extreme pain soreness and pain in my feet that goes all the way to back of my thighs. I’ve gotten a new pair of shoes for work as I am on my feet all day and the shoes helped for about 2 days and then the pain was back. I normally would push myself through my workouts and if it is something I can’t do yet I’ll either do the low impact impact version or replace it with an alternative. Taking a rest day today because I just can’t deal with it. Any suggestions on how to still get a workout and not make it worse?
