Yesterday was the 6 year anniversary of one of our toughest workouts, Insane Cardio Workout Challenge, which was created for those of you who had been asking for a “really hard” workout.
So, it may be a few years old, but are you up for a challenge?
Daniel created this routine using a ladder style interval that starts at 10 seconds per set and ends at 60 seconds per set. If you push yourself (safely), this workout will leave your body feeling like jello.
