More protein?

Hi all,

I just completed a 52 minute workout. Feeling the burn already! My question is about protein...how much and what kind? I’m 5’4 and 120, but have very little muscle. I’ve been working out since mid March and certainly feel stronger and more tone, but it’s just not showing. Do I need to be adding protein bars or a shake?? Thanks for any help.
