Sneaky light cardio active rest day

Hey all, how's your week going so far?

So tmr I start week 2 of Fit rd 1. Yesterday was the optional stretch but I felt pretty rough having managed about 3 hours sleep. So it turned into a complete rest day.

Today I felt antsy. I know I have HIIT and LBS tmr and the last thing I want to do is risk overextending myself. I still have some tightness from the UBS I did 3 days ago!!

But I just knew I had to move a little I think actually more for my mind than body was feeling pretty down. So I turned to my favorite pick me up;

I love this one. Usually I add bands and weights to push it a little but today (mindful of tmr) I did it as it and kept my ROM shallow. Feel so much better for doing it.
