Lately I have had quite the lack of motivation, but today, I was in enough pain to finally just sit down and do it. I did the anti-hunch one, (because I am apt to hunch, hence the pain) and I did it all the way through, and no skipping of anything. I used 3 lb. Weights, But I think I'll use 1 lb. Next time. (My arms!!!)
I did think to take pictures of my normal posture, before and after. Just stretching can change the world! Thank you so much FB!!
