FB Fit R2: Week 2 and June Complete!

Today I finished Week 2 of Fit R2 with the recovery workout and I feel so relaxed now!

I'm really enjoying the challenge so far and I'm excited to see how my fitness improves!

The program seems so perfectly designed and while I don't see any more physical changes yet (which to be fair isn't a major goal right now), I definitely am feeling healthier within myself which is awesome!

I'm also getting compliments on my weight loss and figure in work - I guess the difference seems bigger to people who've not seen me for 3 months? 😂 So I have lots of opportunities to tell them about FB and what it's done for me too!

I'm so grateful to Kelli and Daniel for this program 💙
